Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded with CheapTopHost within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons. Use this form to declare your withdrawal directly online (§ 356a German Civil Code, BGB).

The information we need

• Name – first and last name of the contracting party
• Contract or order – e.g. order number, customer number, product booked or domain concerned, so that we can clearly identify the contract
• Email address – we will send the confirmation of receipt to this address

What happens next

1. Fill in the form and click "Confirm withdrawal".
2. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email without delay, with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.
3. We will reimburse your payments in accordance with our withdrawal policy within 14 days at the latest. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for the time provided until withdrawal will be retained.

Please note: domains already registered and SSL certificates already issued cannot be withdrawn after full performance if you expressly agreed to immediate performance. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.
